Clean jewelry regularly with warm water and mild dish soap like Dawn and soft bristle toothbrush

Store in a cool, dry place like a jewelry pouch

S. Bell Designs jewelry is delicate by nature and we understand that things happen.

Should one of your S. Bell pieces require a repair, please send us an email at  with a photo and small description of the repair needed.  We will respond with mailing instructions and a quote if necessary.  

S. Bell will repair, at no charge, any repair needed on an item for up to 12 weeks after purchase.  After that repair charges will be incurred by the customer and a quote will be provided.  

A 14K gold fill piece is created by wrapping an actual layer of 14K gold around a jeweler's brass core.  By law, the layer of gold has to be 1/20th gold by weight - meaning that if you melt a piece of jewelry down, 5% of what is in the melting pot has to be gold. Because of the materials involved you can always be sure that 14K gold fill is also a nickel free material.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our sit, occasionally we do sell out of certain products.  That means you have good taste! If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email within 24 hours.

In Stock Items- If the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday, it will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. If the order is placed after 2:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday, it may be processed the following business day and ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

If the product is not marked as “In Stock” then it may need to be produced and therefore the turnaround times may vary. However, online orders will take priority and we will make every effort to get your item(s) to you as soon as possible. 

Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.

Custom orders may take up to 8 weeks to ship.

We offer shipping using USPS First Class mail with tracking and UPS ground.

We are able to deliver to P.O. boxes.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

Prefer to save on shipping and pick up your item from the studio? Simply choose Local Pickup as the Delivery Option at checkout. In-stock items are typically available for pick-up within 2 days.

All pre-order and custom orders are final sale. No returns. No exchanges.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving items for full refund, if in new, unworn condition. After 7 days, unworn jewelry may be returned for store credit.
